Excitedness

I can't believe how excited I am about tonight. Four of the girls I've been spending time with are coming over for a little movie/fun time. I cleaned up the bathroom a bit and vacuumed a tiny bit and now I'm just trying not to spend too much time prepping because I still have a lot of reading to do.

My parents sent my movies and they came yesterday! (I think I already mentioned that) And I've talked to a couple of the girls and they're excited so I'm even more excited that they're excited to come to my apartment.

Oh and I got a clock. It was driving me crazy that there wasn't a clock in the living areas, so I was just looking for a boring cheap one at Target yesterday and I found this awesome black and white one with Roman Numerals. My parents had a Roman Numeral clock that used to chime the hour, but it died soon after we moved to the house they live in now (I was 9 when we moved), so its a sentimental thing to me... I loved that clock.

OH! And I bought silverware yesterday, too. Real silverware! Its stainless steal and everything! And it was on clearance so I got 8 settings in a little box.... SO AWESOME! I feel like a grown-up, now. Don't ask me why silverware did it and not grad school... ;)

AND!!!! I FOUND A CANOPY! You know those things that hang over your bed. LOVE THEM! And I finally found one yesterday... wow, yesterday at Target was a good day. I haven't put it up yet... that's one of the things that I currently have to force myself to refrain from attempting before tonight because I really should be reading.

AND GUESS WHAT ELSE!!!! ITS GONNA SNOW TONIGHT! SO I GET TO WAKE UP TO SNOW IN THE MORNING! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

So YAY!!! I'm very excited and now there's almost no hope of me focusing on my reading... though I am finding the articles to be really fascinating... :D
