Home again

Goodness gracious! I've only been home 24 hours and they're already calling for updates... are you really that bored?! Wait, nevermind, I know the answer to that.

Well, I got home at about 12:30am last night... or rather this morning. Today, I went shopping with my mom and then we watched some of Season 3 of Gilmore Girls. I must have missed a lot of those episodes because there are things that I just really don't remember... its been fun. And then tonight I went to see Casanova with Liana. It was definitely different than I expected... but I enjoyed it.

Tomorrow is church and LeBou and I'm so excited! I didn't get to see any of our adult family friends over Christmas because of the timing and so now I get to see them all... yay! And Mason's still in town... yay! But Maren is already gone... sad feelings! And maybe I can kid-nap Mark after LeBou because I didn't get to see him over Christmas either!

Okay, I'm going to bed, now... oh wait, I lied... I have a story because I have no luggage. It didn't make it on my second flight (I barely made it on my second flight), and its still not here... all of it. I've been scrounging around the house to find stuff I need. Luckily, I needed to buy a few things anyway, so that was helpful... but I still want my stuff back!

What happened is that my first flight was delayed by 30 min, my lay-over was only an hour anyway... plus I was at the back of the first plane. So as I was walking through the airport to board my next flight I heard them over the intercom, "Northwest flight to San Jose, CA... passenger Schultz please report to your gate...." Ooops... I was the last to board. I've always wondered what it would be like to be the one the plane was waiting for... well, now I know. I'm just glad I was sitting in aisle 9... it would have been awful to walk through the whole plane with everyone looking at me. LOL... it was pretty humorous... I've never had them call my name before... okay, I'm really going...

That happened to me once, but I was just late getting to the airport. They closed the door at the gate as soon as I was through it. I think if I'd walked through the loader any slower I would have had to jump into the hatch of a moving airplane. Glad you made it back, though. Missing a flight is not an experience you want to have, or so I'm told.

That really sucks that they have all your stuff.......well, if you have nothing to do after LeBou (I love LeBou, minus one of the snooty employees) you can knit me another beanie...

Man, that stinks. I hope they get your luggage to you soon. :(

How long are you in San Jo for? Or do you not know for how long?
