Kiddie Fun

Today, I only halfway succeeded in the homework department. But tonight was the event formerly known as the AS Carnival (renamed An Afternoon with AS). They brought all the cool blow-up toys like the huge slide and a giant bouncy game of twister, the jousting and sumo wrestling. They also had whiffleball going on for a bit and then some volleyball and frisbee football (or whatever its called).

They were handing out bubbles and candy and all of the AS people were walking around in green shirts. It was pretty cool. We tried to get a picture of four of us going down the slide, but it didn't really work. And then I took a bunch of pictures (on Jason's camera) of Jason and Jeff jousting and sumo wrestling. Ranae and I did a little sumo wrestling, too, but I forgot how exhausting those suits are. I got up fine the first couple times and then I was just too tired.... man, that's pathetic... but it was fun.

Then, the cafe set up dinner on the lawn and the whole school showed up. There are definitely a lot of people I don't recognize and it’s really un-nerving. Oh, well. Now I'm just trying to finish my homework so I can go watch a movie with the boys. Gee... it sounds like I've been doing a lot of non-homework things this weekend... oh well, yeah for me. ;-)
