The boys all own Jeeps, now, and the head of their Jeeping club goes to their church, so he and his two boys were with us. It was actually a lot of fun... after I adjusted to the newness and potential scariness of it.
Each day we took a different off-raoding trail... all rocks and dust and trees... and lots and lots of bumbs. And from these trails, I have come to appreciate two things just a little bit more:
1. The Indiana Jones Ride at Disneyland - I always used to wonder why it was so stinkin' bumpy and jerky. And now I understand how COMPLETELY accurate it was.And of course I have lots of pictures (and video), but my camera chord is still playing hide and seek with me. I sure hope it gives up soon.
2. Seatbelts - I have always used them, but now they hold a special place in my heart because of the locking mechanism. Every jolt and jerk, they'd lock and catch me. It was very comforting.
