Holy cow! OH- my gosh! HO-ly cow!
[If you follow LOST and have not caught up to this week's episode: STOP READING!]
HO-ly cow! So, I just watched LOST because I taped it last night while I was at 20's Group and OH- my gosh! I have not been left in this much suspense at the end of an episode since last season of LOST. HO-ly cow!
And the coolest part is, we don't really know what it all means. Michael shows up sick... he wakes up, tells us that the Others live in tents and only have two guns and that we should take them... I process it and remembering what Kate found in that place they went searching for Aaron's medicine, I know that the Others like to play tricks and its not safe to assume that what they allow us to see is an accurate reflection of themselves... and Michael tends to make stupid snap judgments and push ahead without wisdom, so I'm hoping that Jack knows better and won't listen to him, but NO... Michael's report only fuels what Jack wants to hear: that the Others are messing with them to scare them and keep them from attacking because they can really overpower them.
Anyway, so we're all afraid that Ana-Lucia is going to kill the captured "Others" guy because she's got this violent revenge-thing going and then they all leave her alone with "sick" Michael and the captured guy to go get guns from Sawyer and she aims the gun right at the captured guy... having him first untie himself... probably to make it look like he tried to escape and she was just defending herself or something.... then we go to commercial.
Next, we see her sitting on the couch when Michael walks in. Ana-Lucia tells him she wasn't able to do it and starts getting all emotional... and then Michael gets all excited (typical Michael) and wants to kill the guy himself... Ana-Lucia gives him the gun, tells him the combination on the room the guy is in... and then Michael says, "Sorry"... and right then... OH- my gosh!... you know it, but you don't believe it.... he shoots her... and then the blonde therapist girl who Hurley likes walks in (sorry, I don't remember her name) and is surprised to see Michael back and then he turns around and shoots her almost in surprise... And THEN he opens the room and I'm wondering if they're going to lock eyes and the guy will know that Michael is one of the "Others", now, and then they'll escape together or something... but NO!
Michael turns the gun on HIMSELF and you wonder if he's ashamed of what he's done and then shoots himself! So THEN in the previews everyone is so grateful that Michael survived the "awful shooting" (probably attributed to the "Others" guy) and then he's in control and obviously not on their side anymore! HO-ly cow! OH- my gosh! Of all people: Michael!?!?! That's just amazing! HO-ly cow!

I know, I couldn't believe it! Michael's been brainwashed! Or maybe he's going to trade the "Other dude" for Walt? Dunno. Poor Hurley! His girlfriend's dead...her name is Libby, btw. I won't miss Ana Lucia and her dead, emotionless eyes.
I wished they had just shown a black screen and then let us hear the gunshot, because you could totally tell Michael shot himself in the arm. Have you ever noticed in movies/tv when people kill themselves via shooting they always put the gun in their mouth or hold it to their forehead? No one ever aims for their heart.
Did you watch Alias?
you need to update because your life is important.
