WIIILMAAAA!

Okay, so the worst has passed our house and I haven't heard from Bill & Roni because they're at work, but I think everything's fine. There's still a flood warning for our area and we'll probably have to replace some or all of the lanai screen around the pool, but at least that was expected. Here's the recent news.

I had a great weekend here in Ohio... and I still have to remind myself every few hours that I'm actually in Ohio (that happens evertime I go somewhere new). Jammi (Bill's stepcousin/sister- kind of complicated), who is soon to be 21, and I went out to the mall and then took Kori (16, who is Jammi's half-sister, lives here with Bill's parents) and some of the younger cousins ice skating. Then we made brownies at Jammi's house and watched a movie. And I feel like I've met half of Bill's extended family because they all live right here and they all want to see the boys.

Last night, I trimmed Kori's hair, but I'll probably have to do it again tonight because she had layers and there are still some split ends left... yes, I'm sure you don't care about those details, I just find it really amusing that I'm hanging out with the family and even cutting their hair. So ya... things are good, here... I just wish I had brought more yarn because the skein I'm on is almost gone for the blanket I'm crocheting as I watch the many movies in Jammi's collection. :-)
