My Lifeblood

Ka-chhh... *gulp* Ahhh... *sigh*

"Do you know what that sound is, Heiness? That is the sound of the shrieking eel--" wait... that's not.... okay, let's try that again:

Ka-chhh... *gulp* Ahhh... *sigh*

Do you know what that sound is? It is the sound of me enjoying the first sip of my lifeblood.

I don't know where I got that term... its a recent find (whether I made it up or heard it from someone), and I think it started on the Mexico Servant Safari this past March where the whole kitchen crew drank it like they were breathing air.

And this term perfectly describes my relationship (however obsessive and unhealthy it might be) with my favorite beverage. And if you don't know what I'm talking about by now ..."then I should think you a simpleton for you know there is only one man I love--" wait... why do quotes keep coming out...? Weird...

Okay, here is a picture made specially just to let you all admire my lifeblood:

P.S. Tell me what the quotes are from and I'll let you share some of my Diet Coke next time I see you... well, that is if you want some (and the first one's easy so if you don't know it, then there's a movie you need to see next time I see you).

I just want to credit myself for the term "lifeblood." While I do not doubt that you used it on the Mexico trip, I have in fact been using the term for years in reference to my hair straightener. As in "my straightener is my lifeblood." I guess techically regulare Coke could also constitute as my lifeblood.
