So last weekend, I was in Santa Barbara for a wedding. It was soooo fun! Charis (the bride) was so excited she could hardly contain herself. A large portion of our family friends were there and we all stayed at the same hotel. So, when we weren't doing wedding stuff, we were playing in the pool or hanging out and talking in the hotel rooms (until the wee hours of the morning).
I'm crispy-fried (its mostly better now), but I had a blast. I usually hate "free-style" dancing, but I let myself loosen up a bit and even though I'm sure I looked silly, I had fun. So Charis and Maarten are married... and I'm sleep deprived... and I can't wait until this weekend when all of the same people (plus a few more) drive to Tahoe for a week of camping. Its our annual trip and its lots of fun.
Right now, I'm totally tired and I need to go to bed. I just had a couple of the people from the groupie (from the wedding and with camping) over and now I'm really tired... so I should go to bed.... wait, I already said that... :)
